Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff, Sales to support the
Chief Sales Officer and the Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a proxy and executor for the Chief Sales Officer,
representing their interests
Provide insights and analysis to inform strategic
decision-making
Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring timely
execution and addressing roadblocks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related
field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales or sales operations
role
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented
environment
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools
(e.g., Salesforce)
Experience developing teams of varying experience levels,
particularly recent college graduates
