Who They AreWe are working with a leader in PVF solutions who has an aggressive mindset toward growth. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Northeast to manage distributor, contractor, and agency relationships. This person will have full autonomy in the territory and have significant support behind the scenes. Compensation includes a six-figure salary, sales incentive accelerators, and a bounty program that can more than double your base!What You'll Do

Develop new account target lists and track to add new customers within the market.
Develop and execute yearly joint business plans with manufacturer representatives in the region.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to representative sales staff.What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of related experience.
Experience in wholesale distribution required.
Knowledge of construction market required.
Willing to travel 75%.
