Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warranty processes, particularly within the automotive industry, and will be responsible for providing warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit all warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.- Offer warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management to ensure compliance with warranty policies.- Review and analyze warranty claims for accuracy and completeness.- Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and communications.- Collaborate with the service team to resolve warranty-related issues and improve processes.- Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures, particularly for Ford vehicles. Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of Ford warranty processes and procedures.- Familiarity with CDK software is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We offer a very competitive salary and benefits package.
