Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions,

diverse work environment. Works from specifications, drawings,
process sheets, engineering change orders and written and verbal
instruction to inspect components subassemblies and assemblies
against required quality standards (i.e., proper component
orientation, masking, soldering, coating, etc.).
- Utilizes precision tools such as verniers, microscopes, and
gauges required to perform inspections. May use more complex tools
such as omega meters.
- Identifies and documents defects and calculates defect rates
against specified control limits. Inspects and tests components,
subassemblies and assemblies after rework, modifications or repairs
to verify defects have been corrected and ensure continuity to
drawings, prints, etc.
- Verifies configuration of product to ensure conformity to most
recent revision.
- Prepares basic inspection data and inputs into the Shop Floor
Data System for future review and evaluation. Maintains required
records.
- Conducts process audits in all phases of manufacturing and
inspection (i.e., calibration, materials, process sheets, etc.) to
confirm processes are being accurately followed.
- May interface with engineering regarding technical issues
(i.e., clarification of engineering change orders) and problem
resolution.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills Required education: High School
Diploma or GED Requires 3 years of experience. Job function
includes uses of predetermined methods, operations, setups and
prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and
completed products such as electronic units and subsystems,
precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units,
subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing
welds. Uses various measuring devices and testing equipment.
Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or
systems. Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset
micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer, regulatory and BAE
specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical
process or other control procedures. Performs line clearances after
each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been
removed.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $49440 -
$79080Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
