HOODZ of Exton is hiring Commercial Cleaning Technicians (General Labor) to join our growing team based in Chester Springs, PA. We service commercial kitchens across Southeast Pennsylvania-from Philadelphia to Harrisburg, up to Scranton, and down to Newark, Delaware.

Whether you're looking to build a new skillset or already have experience in specialized cleaning, we're ready to train the right people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to get to work.



Compensation & Benefits:



--- Starting Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 (Depending on Experience)
--- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (nights/early mornings or daytime shifts available)
--- Overtime: Available and unlimited
--- Location: Office in Exton, PA - Jobs within 25-50 mile radius

Responsibilities:
--- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans)
--- Travel to client sites and prepare work areas safely and professionally
--- Use pressure washers and specialized tools to remove grease buildup
--- Follow cleaning procedures and safety regulations
--- Handle ladders, confined spaces, and heights
--- Document work completed (photos and reporting)
--- Uphold company policies and ensure quality standards are met
--- For leadership roles: perform administrative tasks and support team development

Qualifications:
--- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
--- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
--- Prior experience in construction, trades, or technician roles is a plus
--- Hood cleaning experience preferred, but not required
--- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
--- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
--- Physically capable of: Lifting up to 50 lbs
--- Working on ladders and at heights
--- Kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods
--- Willingness to work overnight or early morning shifts as needed
