A company is looking for a Manager, Technology - Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical operations and provide direction to the team on a
daily basis
Engage in planning and execution of department-level technical
projects while addressing technical issues
Coordinate training and ensure effective communication across
technical functional areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities
for hiring and performance management
Comprehensive knowledge of primary technology area, preferably
within a healthcare environment
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job
duties
