Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Scrum Master for a 6+ month
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate scrum cadence meetings for multiple agile teams
Remove blockers as they arise to ensure team progress
Assist in documenting quarterly increment planning
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum
Experience in informal leadership roles
Ability to adapt quickly and drive continuous improvement
Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
