  We are seeking an experienced RN - Outpatient to join our ambulatory care team. The Clinical Nurse will provide safe, competent, and quality care to a designated group of patients using evidence-based practices. In this role, you'll work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and promote health education.

  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to create care plans
  Educate patients and caregivers on their health, care plans, and disease prevention
  Implement evidence-based practices for continuous quality improvement
  Promote patient safety and operational efficiency
  Perform charge nurse duties as assigned
  Maintain professional development through ongoing education and team collaboration
  
  Qualifications:
  
  NYS RN License & BLS Certification
  2+ years of ambulatory care or RN/LPN experience
  EPIC experience preferred
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing with relevant experience considered
  Minimum 1 year of travel experience for travel positions (not required for Per Diem)
